What we collect

The pre-registration forms on this website collect the business and contact details you choose to submit: company information, contact name and role, email address and telephone number, and the production or sourcing details requested in the form.

Why we collect it

The information is used for one purpose: to contact you about Gateway pre-registration and to understand your business ahead of onboarding. Submitting a form is an expression of interest. It creates no obligation on either side.

How it is handled

Submissions are stored securely and are accessible only to the Gateway team. Your details are not sold and are not shared with third parties for marketing. Where we introduce manufacturers and UK buyers to one another as part of the Gateway programme, we will only do so with your agreement.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to correct or delete the information you have submitted, or to stop contacting you. Use the contact details provided in our correspondence with you.
